Red Oak Kitchen - Midland opened in the Fall of 2026 and is the second Red Oak location in the Midland-Odessa area. Red Oak Kitchen is owned & operated by Chefs Felipe Armenta, John Nestor, Virginia Dalbeck, and Ed Buenaventura. In addition to Red Oak, they also own Cork & Pig Tavern with locations in San Angelo, Midland-Odessa, Abilene, and the DFW metro area.
